BERNADINE E. (RUSH) MORRIS LYNN, MASS. - Bernadine E. (Rush) Morris, age 80, of Lynn, Mass., died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2001, at a Lynn nursing home, after a lengthy illness. She was the former wife of the late, Glenn L. Morris. Born in Benedicta, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Ora (Theriault) Rush. She was raised in Maine, and attended a normal school for teaching for two years. She lived in Roxbury, Mass., for many years, and had lived in Lynn since 1953. She leaves three sons, Glenn Morris of Newton, Mass., John Morris and his wife, Kelly of Lynn, Joseph Morris of West Bridgewater, Mass.; two daughters, Jeanne Lewis and her husband, Stephen of Lynn, Anne McDewell and her husband, Jeffrey of Chelmsford, Mass.; one brother, Richard Rush of Benedicta; six sisters, Mary Harding of Andover, Mass., Evie McLaughlin, Donna Pucket, and Lynn Peters, all of Nashua, N.H., Jeanne Crouse of Kansas, Leah MacKnight of Framingham, Mass.; nine grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late, Robert J. "Momo" Morris; sister of the late, Edward and Donald Rush, and Theresa Landers; and grandmother of the late Brianna Morris. A funeral Mass was held this morning in St. Mary's Church, Lynn. A visitation will be held 9-10 a.m. Saturday, at the R.L. Bouchard Funeral Home, 17 Western Ave., East Millinocket, followed by a graveside service in St. Benedict's Cemetery, Benedicta.
