Millinocket - Maude Bishop Rush, 86, of 91 Pine St. died Friday evening after a long illness. She was the widow of Eugene J. Rush. She was born in Winn June 14, 1888, daughter of Frank and Anne (Pelkey) Bishop. She was a communicant of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, a member of the Daughters of Isabella, a promotor of St. Joseph's Union. She is survived by one son, James Paul Rush of Portland; two daughters Sister Rosemary of the Sisters of Mercy of Portland, presently residing in Houlton, and Mrs. John (Jane) Montgomery of Millinocket. three sisters, Mrs. Nina Golden, Mrs. Ella Boyd, and Mrs. Edith O'Connell, all of Millinocket; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Monday at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Millinocket. Spring burial will be in St. Martin of Tours Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by the David Wyse Funeral Home, Millinocket.
