Heirloom from the MacDonald Family
Just one more interesting thing to add. I have a beautiful Christening gown that has been passed down through the family. It was made by Katie MacDonald (my grandmother's second youngest sister) in 1893. It is entirely handmade of muslim and lace....my Dad and his brothers and sisters were all christened in it, as well as my two children, and now my grandaughter. Picture attached.
Thanks Helen Hooser for allowing all of us to see the beautiful treasure that has been passed down through the years.
